Martini Dominikanis

1 1/2 oz Absolut Mandrin vodka
1/2 oz limoncello lemon liqueur
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini or cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon, and serve.
